He founded SIFIN S.R.L. to build a client-centric alternative to bank-based factoring, focused on speed, transparency, and sector expertise. Under his leadership the company has grown its managed portfolio consistently year on year.

Chief Risk Officer

Elena oversees all credit underwriting, debtor assessment, and portfolio risk monitoring activities at SIFIN S.R.L. She brings 15 years of experience in commercial credit analysis gained at international financial institutions and holds advanced qualifications in financial risk management. Her proprietary scoring methodology underpins the company's ability to price risk accurately across diverse debtor profiles.

Head of Business Development

Andrei is responsible for expanding SIFIN S.R.L.'s client base across corporate, healthcare, and public administration segments. He has a background in corporate banking and has structured financing solutions for clients ranging from early-stage manufacturers to established retail groups. His approach emphasises long-term partnership over transactional volume.

Claudia Mertens

Head of Collections & Debt Management

Claudia manages the collections team and all commercial debt management engagements, bringing 12 years of experience in professional receivables recovery across multiple jurisdictions. She is known for designing collection strategies that recover maximum value while preserving the client's ongoing commercial relationship with their debtors. Her team operates under a strict code of conduct aligned with applicable credit regulations.

Tomasz Wierzbicki

Chief Financial Officer

Tomasz oversees SIFIN S.R.L.'s treasury operations, funding structures, and financial reporting. He previously served as finance director for a specialty lending firm and has extensive experience in asset-backed funding and financial compliance.
